Holistic Fitness Training offers private group training for those interested in sharing their workouts.
They are held in our Barnes home-studio (SW London), or at client's homes.
Private Group Training enables you to get a private training service for a reduced price. Sessions are always personally tailored to the group's goals.
When starting out, Carrie will advise exercise "beginners" to have atleast one private session before joining a group. This is to give opportunity for Carrie to understand your general stability and fitness level. It also allows you to learn the novel exercises with her private help.
This is not mandatory, but can greatly benefit new exercisers, if they are lacking in familiarity with strength or conditioning work.
