By covering Nutrition and Fitness, clients receive a complete wellness appraisal.

Body Kickstart is comprised of five parts:

  1. Consultation with Carrie to work through SMART goal setting
  2. Nutritional programming and feedback, with food diaries.
  3. Comprehensive fitness programme design, to ensure your training sessions are pitched right for you!
  4. One Personal Training session to teach you your programme
  5. A follow-on session to reinforce your new exercises.
