Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise

Carrie specialises in Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise training for women looking to support their own and their baby's well-being during pregnancy, or to re-gain their pre-baby body after birth.
 
 A pregnant woman can benefit from some extra attention and support whilst exercising during her pregnancy, or in the months after; Carrie strives to offer the best quality service to these women.
 
 Pre-Natal exercise can take place in a Personal Training setting or with other participants in a Group Personal Training  session for up to four. Nutritional support at this most important time will be a main-stay of the service also.
